1.1. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages regarding account notifications, payment reminders, facility updates, and promotional offers. 1.2. Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and preferences. 1.3. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier.
2.1. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive. 2.2. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. 2.3. 3.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information. 3.2. The Company is not responsible for missed messages due to incorrect or outdated phone numbers.
4.1. SMS messaging is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole method of receiving critical information. 4.2. We are not responsible for delays, message failures, or technical issues related to mobile carriers or service providers.
5.1. Your contact information and SMS activity will be used only for communication purposes as outlined in these Terms. 5.2. We do not share, sell, or distribute your phone number to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
